My most used lens for portraitures and candids. Errr... actually, I don't have any other choice. This is the only lens I have beside the EF-s 18-55mm/3.5-4.5 kit lens. Hehe.

EOS 20D @ 40mm, 1/100sec, f/9, ISO-400
"Micro-Studio" setup: Hoya +1 Close-Up Filter, A4 papers (left, right, bottom, top) as reflectors and one 420EX.
